Delivery & Returns


We know fast delivery is important, therefore items that you order before 14:00 on workdays will be delivered the next day. All orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. We deliver all week, except on Sundays and on public holidays. 

You can select your preferred delivery service (PostNL or DPD) or choose the option to have your order delivered at a pick-up point. All services are free. Once your order is shipped, we can not change your delivery address. If your order is not received within 3 working days, please contact our customer service. 

What happens to your order when you are not at home?The PostNL or DPD delivery person offers the order to the delivery address. If you are not present, you will receive a notification of this. This can be done by means of a letter in the mailbox or via the Track & Trace link. 

PostNL and DPD will let you know with one of the following two options where your order is: 

- The order is with the neighbors  

- The order is at a collection point


If for whatever reason you wish to return your online purchase, you are allowed to return* free of charge within 100 days. The 100-day period begins on the day you receive the order. 

You can arrange the return via our return service: 

Step 1: Go to 'Click here to return your product' on our website and register your return

Step 2: follow the 5 steps in the return process :view shipment: zip code and the tracking number of your order. This number can be found in the track & trace e-mail or on the shipping label on the box. 

Step 3: pack the items properly in the original packaging and add the invoice

Step 4: hand-over the package at the drop-off point of your preferred choice.When the package is received by us, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an e-mail, please inform us properly.* This only applicable on orders delivered in the BeNeLux. When we return from other countries outside the BeNeLux, we will charge additional costs. 

Right ofwithdrawal

We are required by law to include the following text on our page. Although the text may be somewhat confusing, we want to assure you that this text does not affect our return policy: you still have 100 days to return your order. 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are canceling the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form for this.To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired

Consequences of the cancellation

If you revoke the agreement, you will immediately receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and at least no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. "
